Attorney Kneller is a trusted expert witness in divorce malpractice and an architect of the appellate ruling including precedent-setting decisions on alimony and relocation in the Fifth District Court of Appeal. Following his appearance on the Today Show, he was given the opportunity to draft a portion of Florida Statute Chapter 39 Termination of Parental Rights.
Doug is a longtime resident of the Daytona Beach area and has made significant contributions to the betterment of the community, especially in the riverfront area where our historic office building resides. When Doug is not working with clients or in court, he enjoys an active lifestyle together with Kitt on the beautiful Daytona Beach shoreline.

Previous to joining Kneller Law, Kitt rolled out and customized Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems in multiple verticals, transforming sales, service, and customer outcomes with companies such as Penske Automotive and Design Institute of San Diego. The experience and support Kitt brings to Kneller Law allows Attorney Kneller and Paralegal Garrett the ability to focus on client matters efficiently.
Beyond her professional contributions, Kitt’s family is her greatest source of pride and inspiration. In her free time, you might find her designing and managing a restoration project, riding her bike with Doug along the beautiful Daytona Beach shoreline, or dancing to her favorite band.
